| Q: My dog shakes when they have to go to the groomer and has diarrhea afterward, is grooming stressful for them? |
A: I only groom one dog at a time so the van has very few distractions, after a few visits most will relax. Few enjoy grooming but most will tolerate the process and my goal is to make it a pleasant experience for them. |
| |
| Q: My dog is shedding badly, can you do something? |
| A: Yes, the FURminator deshedding program- 70-90% effective rate when using Shampoo, Solution and comb. |
| |
| Q: At what age should I start having my dog groomed? |
A: It is wise to start as early as 6 weeks. I specialize in getting puppies started on the right path. A puppy’s first four grooms are the most critical, and it is really important that those experiences are positive ones. |

| Q: How often should I get my pet groomed? |
A: On the average, dogs should be groomed every four to six weeks. This depends on several things though: your lifestyle, whether you do routine comb outs, your dog’s coat and how often your dog is romping outside. After a couple grooms we may decide to shorten their schedule to better maintain their cuts. Mobile grooming is different from a salon in that I take only one dog at a time so I fill up the schedule quickly. Most of my clients prefer to pre-book appointments in order to stay on a regular schedule and get preference on holidays. |

| Q: Does frequent bathing harm my pet’s coat? |
A: No, veterinarians will encourage you to have your pet groomed on a regular basis. I use high quality shampoos and conditioners to help relieve dry, itchy skin. I use a variety of shampoos such as medicated, tearless, soothing oatmeal, and hypoallergenic at no extra charge. With the exception of FURminator products, all shampoos are all-natural and biodegradable. |

| Q: Do you have evening or weekend appointments or an emergency appointment in case my dog gets skunked? |
| A: I can schedule off-hour appointments if the situation requires it. There is an extra charge for this accommodation. |
